What you will do: -Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define and refine product features and roadmaps. -Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key KPIs. -Evaluate and optimize programmatic advertising, RTB, header bidding, and other ad-serving technologies. -Identify and troubleshoot issues in ad delivery, performance, and revenue attribution. -Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in the ecosystem. -Provide insights and recommendations for improving ad targeting, fill rates, and overall revenue efficiency. -Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance advertiser experience and demand-side growth. -Lead an agile engineering scrum team to make Eng. investment decisions and deliver value for customers quickly, while iterating on a path towards long-term goals. -A firm sense of accountability and ownership for the end-to-end product lifecycle. Requirements -4+ years of experience in Programmatic Advertising or Digital Advertising. -Hands-on experience with Figma, UI/UX, and product research. -Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with a user-centric mindset. -Ability to manage and mentor teams, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. -Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
