Job Title: Assistant Manager B2B Sales & Operations
Looking for a results-driven professional to manage B2B partnerships, streamline operations, and drive growth in the EdTech space.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, onboard, and manage institutional/ B2B clients.Handle complete partner lifecycle from lead generation to closure.Develop workflows, SOPs, trackers, and CRM systems.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet deliverables.Track KPIs, prepare weekly reports, and ensure compliance.Recommend process improvements and automation for efficiency.Candidate ProfileGraduate; MBA preferred.3-6 years experience in B2B Operations/Sales or Partnership Management (EdTech preferred).Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.Strategic thinker with strong multitasking and execution skills.
