Assistant Manager

Role :

• Over 5 to 8 Years of experience in Implementation and Support of Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll Consultant.
• Have hands on experience in Oracle Core HR, Payroll, and Absence, Benefits (HCM) modules.
• 2 to 3 end to end fusion Payroll implementation / Support exposure and India Payroll implementation or support is a must.
• Expertise in payroll processing, year-end processing, payroll flows and create functional designs for payroll interfaces..
• Configure payroll elements, fast formulas, time entry rules, and validation rules etc.
• Troubleshoot and resolve the issues related to Payroll calculations, time processing, and data flow.
• Process Calculations like quick/Standard pays, roll back and generate processes etc.
• Experience in GCC payroll is an added advantage.
• Hands on experience in HCM Extracts, OTBI Reports, BI Publisher, Fast Formula, Flex Fields configurations, creation of dependant value sets, lookups etc.
• Hands on experience on Fusion Security including Role Customization, Custom Job/Data roles Creation, Security profiles, personalizations etc.
• Hands on Experience in Data loading into Oracle Fusion HCM by using HDL Data Loader and Payroll Batch Loader.
• Working experience with AME for hierarchy configuration or Position hierarchy Implementation, and workflows.
• Implemented customized solutions where the standard application doesnt support in HCM modules.
• Ability to work with non-IT people, adapt easily to a new environment & quick decision making, good communication skill and problem resolving approach.
• Willing to learn a range of business or technical specialties based on business needs.
• Good exposure in OUM / AIM Methodology and delivered documents like RD011, R020, AN050, MC050, TE025, RD30, MD50/70, BR100 etc
