Role & responsibilities

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and people-focused HR professional who is passionate about building an inspired, connected, and continuously learning workforce. The role is designed for someone who believes that engagement is the soul of an organization and learning is its heartbeat.

As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing employee engagement strategies, learning interventions, and career development programs that foster motivation, collaboration, and retention across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement:

Design, plan, and execute engagement activities that build morale, team spirit, and alignment with organizational culture and values.

Conduct regular employee connect sessions, open forums, and communication drives to gather feedback and enhance engagement levels.

Manage events, celebrations, recognition programs, and CSR initiatives to promote inclusivity and collaboration.

Develop internal communication strategies (newsletters, HR campaigns, contests) that keep employees informed and inspired.

Learning & Career Development (LCD):

Identify training needs through PMS outcomes, business inputs, and employee feedback.

Design and coordinate learning programs focused on leadership, functional, and behavioral competencies.

Partner with external trainers, institutes, and subject matter experts to deliver impactful sessions.

Track training effectiveness, participation, and outcomes using structured evaluation tools.

Support creation of individual development plans and career pathing frameworks in coordination with business heads.

Analytics & Reporting:

Prepare dashboards and engagement analytics to measure impact and identify improvement areas.

Present insights and recommendations to HR leadership for strategic decision-making.

Culture Building & Communication:

Act as a culture champion—promoting organizational values, ethics, and a positive work environment.

Encourage open communication and cross-functional collaboration to build a high-trust, high-performance culture.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (Full-Time) from a reputed institute.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Employee Engagement, Learning, and Career Development within the Real Estate / Infrastructure / Construction sector.

Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong planning, coordination, and creative problem-solving abilities.

Passionate about designing programs that connect, engage, and inspire people.

Good analytical mindset with ability to measure impact and ROI of engagement and training initiatives.

Self-driven, approachable, and empathetic professional with a “people-first” attitude.

Preferred: Female professional with strong creative instincts, collaborative nature, and flair for connecting with people across levels.
