Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Business Development Executive

with hands-on experience in online bidding, particularly on

Upwork

. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project requirements, be able to write tailored proposals, and offer suitable technical solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and bid for relevant projects on portals such as
Upwork
.
Understand client requirements and propose the most suitable solutions.
Write well-structured, customized proposals with a focus on client needs.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure accurate solution offerings.
Maintain a high conversion rate through professional communication and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Track bidding activities, success rates, and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:

Proven experience with bidding portals, especially
Upwork
.
Basic understanding of technical concepts related to IT, software, or web development.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
