Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of payments from patients and insurance companies.
Analyze denial management strategies to reduce write-offs and improve revenue cycle efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and optimize service delivery.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

5-10 years' experience in ARM (Accounts Receivable Management) or related field.
Strong understanding of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) principles and practices.
Proficiency in US Healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience with augmented reality technologies for enhanced service delivery.
