Assistant Manager AR

As an Assistant Manager AR at our company in Hyderabad, you will provide leadership and focus to the team to ensure productivity, quality, and overall performance of the project. Your key responsibilities will include: - Guiding the team to complete daily workload within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT). - Monitoring and managing workflow to ensure timely delivery of agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Collaborating with Team Leaders or Team coaches to address any personnel issues or conflicts within the team. - Learning and implementing new client systems, and coordinating training sessions for new joiners and existing team members as per project requirements. - Identifying training gaps in the team and developing a plan in coordination with the relevant departments. - Conducting regular performance reviews of team members. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 8+ years of experience in US healthcare industry. - Strong knowledge of AR concepts. - Proficiency in People Management, Interpersonal, Analytical, and Leadership Skills. - Demonstrated client management skills. - Graduation is mandatory.
