Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at AIMS BUILDMART PRIVATE LIMITED in Delhi, India. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing construction projects, managing project timelines and budgets, liaising with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring quality control and safety compliance on site. Qualifications Project Management, Construction Management, and Civil Engineering skills Knowledge of MEP, Electrical works, Fire Fighting systems, and Access Control systems Experience in coordinating with contractors and managing project budgets Strong communication and leadership skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
