Job Description

1. Canteen & Catering Management
• Supervise large-scale industrial/office canteen operations (serving 1000+ meals daily).• Coordinate with catering partners/vendors to ensure food quality, hygiene, and timely service.• Organize and manage VIP/high-end catering events and special functions.• Maintain food safety standards in compliance with FSSAI and hygiene audits.• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for F&B operations.2. SAP & Administrative Reporting• Use SAP for vendor billing, facility services tracking, PR/PO processing, and asset management.• Generate MIS reports, consumption tracking, and procurement documentation through SAP.• Maintain accurate records of service contracts, inventory, and assets.3. Housekeeping & Facility Management• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across the facility, ensuring cleanliness andhygiene.• Manage outsourced manpower, monitor schedules, checklists, and performance metrics.• Conduct regular inspections and audits of common areas, washrooms, conference rooms,etc.
