Requirements

• 1–5 Years of relevant experience in Digital Media Ad Sales, preferably with exposure to premium publishers, OTT platforms, or digital news networks.
• Strong relationships with media agencies, digital planners, and brand clients.
• In-depth understanding of digital advertising formats, programmatic buying, audience targeting, and campaign measurement metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, VTR, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented approach with a strong grasp of digital trends and innovations.
