Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager- Ad Operations located in Gurugram. The Assistant Manager- Ad Operations will be responsible for managing day-to-day ad operations, including campaign setup, delivery, optimisation, and reporting. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing and creative teams to ensure all campaigns meet performance targets and client specifications. The candidate will also need to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvements and innovation in ad operations.

Qualifications

• Experience of 2-3 years in ad operations, campaign setup, delivery, and optimisation
• Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools like MS Excel, Tableau, Clickup and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and consumer behaviour
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent organisational, communication, and project management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
