The Role: Mobile Performance & Affiliate Marketing Lead As the Mobile Performance & Affiliate Marketing Lead, you will be the key driver of our mobile user acquisition and revenue growth through affiliate and performance-based channels. This is a hands-on role that requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the mobile Ad-Tech ecosystem, strong negotiation skills, and proven leadership ability to manage and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI). You will also be directly responsible for leading and mentoring a team of 3 to 4 people. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Performance Management Develop and Execute Strategy: Formulate and execute comprehensive mobile performance and affiliate marketing strategies to achieve ambitious user acquisition, retention, and revenue goals (CPI, CPA, CPL, ROAS).
