Media Lead - Mobile Performance & Affiliate Marketing

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the mobile user acquisition and revenue growth through affiliate and performance-based channels at Prismatix.ai. This hands-on role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the mobile Ad-Tech ecosystem, negotiation skills, and leadership ability to manage and optimize campaigns effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive mobile performance and affiliate marketing strategies to achieve user acquisition, retention, and revenue goals. - Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of mobile performance campaigns across multiple networks and channels. - Own and manage the performance marketing budget, allocating spend effectively and providing accurate forecasting and ROI analysis. - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, derive actionable insights, and refine performance levers. - Utilize Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) and Ad Serving tools for campaign setup, reporting, and attribution. - Manage API traffic publishers and develop affiliate networks for traffic scaling. - Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks, media partners, and traffic sources. - Lead and mentor a team of performance/affiliate specialists, fostering a high-performance team culture. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives and develop high-performing ad creatives. Qualification Required: - 5 to 8 years of experience in Mobile Performance Marketing and Affiliate Marketing. - Proven track record in Ad Tech, Mobile Affiliate Network, or Performance Marketing/Agency environment. - Proficiency in required MMPs and Ad Serving/Tracking tools. - Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and experience in data visualization. - Experience in team leadership and mentoring. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.,
