Assistant Manager Accounts

As an Assistant Manager - Finance at Infinium Developers, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management in the Real Estate industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. - Reviewing and reconciling financial transactions, resolving discrepancies and providing insights for cost savings or revenue growth. - Preparing and analyzing financial statements such as income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement for senior management and stakeholders. - Developing and managing the budgeting process, creating financial forecasts, and working with department heads to establish financial targets and goals. - Coordinating internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and managing tax planning and compliance. - Leading and managing the accounting team, fostering a collaborative work environment, and managing relationships with financial partners, vendors, and clients. Qualifications required for this role include: - 2 plus years of experience in accounting and financial management with progressively responsible roles. - Real Estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
