Assistant Manager Accounts

Role Overview: As the Assistant Manager Accounts, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities. Your role will demand a keen eye for detail, hands-on experience with accounting software, and the ability to ensure timely and accurate financial management in accordance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily accounting functions such as journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations. - Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing reports. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes. - Coordinate with auditors for both internal and statutory audits. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions. - Collaborate with property-level accounts teams for consolidated reporting. - Drive process improvement and standardization within the accounts department. Qualification Required: - Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting. - Proficiency in Hostbooks and Hotelogix accounting software. - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial data analysis. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and team coordination abilities.,
