Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage MIS reporting to support financial planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure TDS compliance, including accurate deductions, payments, and filing of returns.
  • Handle finalization of accounts and preparation of balance sheets in line with statutory and internal requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze cash flow statements to manage working capital and liquidity.
  • Manage tax and GST assessments, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with applicable laws.
  • Oversee RERA compliance, including financial reporting and coordination with relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for data consolidation, reconciliations, and audit preparations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit trails and financial transparency.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and implementation of process improvements in financial operations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory norms, and internal policies specific to the real estate sector.
