Assistant Manager - Accounts Finalisation

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Finalise accounts for Australian clients.
  • Ensure full compliance with all financial regulations and tax requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication.
  • Oversee the end-to-end accounting process, from data entry to final report generation.
  • Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.

Skills Required

  • Complete knowledge of tax regulations is mandatory.

  • Proven experience in accounts finalisation, particularly with Australian clients.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client and team interaction.
  • A deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
