Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Manager

Location:

Hybrid mode

Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare management accounts in UK GAAP and IFRS.
  • Perform variance analysis against budgets and prior years.
  • Liaise with regional finance teams (Europe & North America).
  • Support audits, overhead allocations, and transactional accuracy.
  • Drive efficiency through process improvements and new system rollouts.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and internal standards.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Strong background in financial or public accounting.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, or insurance brokerage is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Access and financial data analysis.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Valid Indian passport (US/UK visa preferred).
