Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Leasing Manager (Commercial and Retail Leasing) based in Noida. The Assistant Leasing Manager will be responsible for assisting with leasing commercial and retail spaces, conducting market research, managing lease administration, overseeing property management, and ensuring resident retention. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with potential tenants, preparing leasing documents, coordinating with property management, and maintaining communication with current residents to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. Leasing & Tenant AcquisitionAssist in identifying and securing new tenants for available retail and commercial spaces.Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective tenants.Prepare and negotiate lease agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and market standards.2. Market Research & AnalysisMonitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform leasing strategies.Provide regular reports on market conditions and leasing performance to senior management.3. Tenant Relations & RetentionMaintain positive relationships with existing tenants, addressing concerns and facilitating renewals.Coordinate with tenants to ensure compliance with lease terms and property regulations.4. Administrative SupportMaintain accurate records of lease agreements, tenant communications, and financial transactions.Assist in the preparation of leasing budgets and forecasts.Support the leasing team in day-to-day operations and special projects as needed.
