Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Manager located in Noida. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing leasing activities, conducting market research, overseeing lease administration, ensuring property management, and maintaining resident retention. Daily tasks include negotiating lease terms, preparing lease documents, conducting tenant screenings, and resolving tenant complaints. The Leasing Manager will also develop strategic marketing plans to attract new tenants and retain current ones.

Qualifications

• Experience with Leases and Lease Administration
• Proficiency in Market Research
• Knowledge of Property Management and Resident Retention
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the commercial property sector is a plus
