Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Leasing, located in Noida. The Assistant Manager Leasing will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing lease agreements, conducting market research, administering leases, and ensuring resident retention. The role also includes property management responsibilities.

Qualifications

Experience in Lease Administration and managing lease agreements
Strong skills in Market Research and Property Management
Ability to ensure Resident Retention
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively on-site in Noida
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
Experience in commercial property management is a plus
