Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Leasing Manager located in Noida. The Assistant Leasing Manager will be responsible for supporting the leasing processes, managing tenant relationships, coordinating property tours, preparing leasing agreements, and ensuring all leasing activities are in compliance with company policies. Additional responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive leasing reports, assisting with marketing efforts, and collaborating with maintenance and operations teams to address any tenant issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in property leasing, tenant relations, and preparing leasing agreements
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in maintaining leasing reports
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to assist with marketing efforts and property tours
• Experience with property management software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate industry is beneficial
