Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers for Contract, Purchase Order, appointment and Payment Follow-ups.- Maintain Daily PO Tracker, Fill rate. Check in Amendments of PO.- Record and track stock data at factory as well as depot & Coordinate with planning team for stock transfer to depots. Maintain inventory as per forecast.- Manage claims against shortages/damages and process the same with accuracy and timeliness.- Responding to complaints from customers and give after sales support when required.- Co-ordinate with the Category Managers- Responsible for aging stock, receivable reports & daily dispatch report.- Preparing MIS reports as per requirement.Candidate Specification :
- Bachelors level education or higher, preferably in Business Administration or Business Studies with 3+ years of experience in Food or Beverage industry- Expert level proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint- Strong communication & management skills
