Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Housekeeping, Canteen, Transport and Guest house management.
  • Enforce Efficient Training & Development.
  • Handle hotel bookings, flight bookings, cab bookings and visa processes.
  • Ensure efficient operation and management of the company canteen.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company policies.
  • Manage guest accommodations and hospitality.
  • Maintain and manage personal files of permanent workers and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and requirements.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR management or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
