Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising all housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and motivate housekeeping staff, ensuring optimal performance, training, and adherence to company policies.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and equipment, ensuring timely requisition and cost control.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house zones to maintain impeccable standards.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to deliver seamless service and enhance overall guest experience.
• Address and resolve guest feedback and housekeeping-related service issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
