Experience Required: Minimum 5–6 Years in Hotel Housekeeping Management

Crestmont Manral Resort is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead and support daily housekeeping operations at our serene resort near Jim Corbett.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping staff and daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness standards across rooms and public areas
• Monitor inventory and manage housekeeping supplies
• Conduct training and ensure SOP compliance
• Coordinate with front office and maintenance for smooth guest experience

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in housekeeping (including 1–2 years in a supervisory/assistant manager role)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with hospitality standards and checklists
• Ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and maintain schedules
