Assistant General Manager

As a candidate for the role of Development Engineer for Engine Parts, your main responsibility will be to develop engine parts for casting, forging, and machined commodities within the budgeted cost. You are expected to have in-depth process knowledge of casting, forging, machining, and proprietary commodities related to engine part development and commercial settlement. Your role will involve determining the costing of components and working towards achieving the target cost, with knowledge of Should Costing and Zero Base Costing. Additionally, you will be required to build a strong vendor base with a sustainable approach to expand the engine business.
