Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager - Stores, located in Mumbai. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management and operations of stores in the construction industry. Day-to-day tasks include inventory management, procurement, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role will involve developing and implementing efficient store management systems, coordinating with various departments to meet project requirements, and ensuring timely availability of materials and supplies.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, procurement, and vendor management
• Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards in the construction industry
• Ability to develop and implement efficient store management systems
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Proficiency in using store management software and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
