General Manager – Sales (AGM – Sales):
Job Title: Assistant General Manager – Sales
Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: Zirakpur Punjab
Reporting To: General Manager / Vice President – Sales
Experience Required: 8–12 years in B2B/B2C sales, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial role
Industry Preference: Real Estate
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Managers and Executives. Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, key clients, and untapped markets to drive revenue growth.Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.Monitor daily sales activities, ensure CRM tools are updated, generate performance reports, and oversee smooth sales operations.Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, pricing, and market shifts to adjust strategies accordingly.Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align campaigns and service offerings.Present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.Key Skills & Competencies:
