Assistant General Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented Assistant General Manager (AGM) with a strong background in real estate to oversee and manage sales operations at our Zirakpur location. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills with a proven record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire sales and business operations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales and marketing teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and project teams.
• Handle negotiations, closures, and key client meetings.
• Prepare regular business reports and present performance updates to management.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Male candidate only.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in real estate sales or business development.
• Proven track record in managing teams and achieving targets.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the Zirakpur/Tricity real estate market.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
