Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Maintain , upgrade and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) / MR and Quality Assurance throughout organisation. Ensure zero customer complaints by introducting quality gate cocept. Ensure inprocess rejection and rework is within target set by the management, Assure the reliability and consistency of production by ensuring inprocess control by having internal process and product audits. Communicate and interaction with customer for QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) & Customer Complaints. To develop and implement the Quality Assurance & Quality Management Strategy in conjunction with Senior management to satisfy quality requirements defined by customers, applicable standards and internal requirements for the products, processes and services.
