Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for an Assistant General Manager. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily operations, support management in decision-making and strategy development, and ensure that targets and organizational goals are fulfilled. Additionally, responsibilities include team supervision, process optimization, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with departments to ensure smooth functioning and high levels of service delivery. The candidate will also contribute to the development and implementation of innovative educational solutions.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience, with skills in supervising, coaching, and motivating team members.
• Proficiency in communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen for planning, decision-making, and implementing efficient processes.

• Familiarity with the education industry is preferred, along with experience in mentoring, student counseling, or placement-related activities.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field is required.
