Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales & business strategies for welding consumables in the Gujarat region.
Handle key accounts and build long-term relationships with Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
Expand business by identifying and developing new opportunities with PSU clients and industrial customers.
Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning, channel management, and team leadership.
Coordinate with internal teams for QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery) adherence and customer satisfaction.
Prepare reports, market analysis, and competitor mapping to support strategic decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 8 15 years of sales/marketing experience in welding consumables, steel, industrial gases, auto components, or related industries.
Must have proven experience in working with PSU clients (e.g., BHEL, NTPC, ONGC, etc.).
Strong network and relationship-building skills in industrial sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willing to travel across Gujarat and nearby regions as per business needs.
