- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase admissions and promote the school's brand
- Manage and execute admissions processes, including inquiry handling, counseling, and enrollment
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding branches and increasing market share
- Conduct feasibility studies and market research to determine viability of new locations
- Develop business plans and proposals for new branch expansions
- Develop and implement brand promotion strategies to increase visibility and reputation
- Manage social media, advertising, and other marketing channels to reach target audiences
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Lead and manage a team of marketing and admissions professionals
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to ensure achievement of targets
- Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and customer-centricity
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve admissions, marketing, and business development outcomes
Head of the Institution: Responsible for both Academic and Non Academic Performance of the Branches that are being handled. Expansions : Identify the location and site for new branches, Market Survey, negotiate with the Landlord and the Management, Getting the building constructed, lesioning with concerned Departments for required approvals. Recruitments : Identify the best faculty in the market and recruit the required to team for the branch. Infrastructure : Responsible for providing the all necessary facilities that are required for a School set up as demanded by the CBSE. Fee Collection : Ensures the fee collection as done as mandated by the Management Transport: supports the Parents and Principal with required transport system for the students.
1. Education: MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, sales, and business development, preferably in the education sector
3. Skills:
- Strong marketing, sales, and business development skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
