Position Summary:

The Assistant Front Office Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient front office operations. The AFOM ensures exceptional guest experiences, supervises front desk staff, and leads the Front Office team in achieving departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for seamless guest service.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and audit standards.
• Monitor room inventory and assist in revenue optimization strategies.
• Lead, train, and motivate front office staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct regular briefings and training sessions.
• Prepare daily and monthly revenue reports and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, complaints, and resolutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in a team leading role.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in hotel PMS and MS Office.
• Knowledge of local attractions and services is a plus.
