Your primary responsibilities will include office administration, maintaining customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing front office operations, and fostering effective communication with both guests and staff members. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle office administration duties to ensure efficient operations. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing guest needs and resolving issues promptly. - Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall guest experience. - Manage front office operations effectively to streamline guest check-in/check-out processes. - Communicate efficiently with guests and staff to ensure smooth coordination. - Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and strive to resolve them satisfactorily. - Upsell experiences and services to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue. - Utilize your resort experience to contribute effectively to the operations. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in office administration and front office management. - Strong focus on customer satisfaction and exceptional customer service skills. - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues. - Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a must. - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and work under pressure. - Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail. - Experience in handling guest feedback and complaints to ensure a positive guest experience. - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.,
