Assistant Front Office Manager

• Supervise and support front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and handling guest inquiries or complaints.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service is consistently delivered by all front office staff.
• Act as a point of contact for VIP and special guests.
• Assist in training, mentoring, and supervising front desk team, bell staff, and concierge.
• Prepare work schedules and ensure adequate coverage during all shifts.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to the Unit Head.
• Maintain a smooth and efficient flow of front office operations.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security.
• Prepare reports related to occupancy, revenue, and front office performance as required.
• Coordinate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and reservations departments to meet guest needs.
• Handle and resolve guest issues or complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with managing the front office budget, including labor costs and departmental expenses.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and front desk accounting practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹48,500.00 per month
