Create and maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners. Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials for franchise sales. Track and report on sales metrics and franchisee performance. Support franchisees operational needs and address challenges promptly. Engage in regular communication with potential and existing franchisees. Support the Franchise Sales Manager in achieving overall sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Develop presentations to communicate franchise opportunities and benefits. Assist in the negotiation processes for franchise agreements. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in franchise sales or business development. Strong understanding of the Ed Tech industry and its dynamics. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
