Assistant Floor Manager

As a Store Setup/Team Leader in the sales department, you will be responsible for shrinkage control, team handling, inventory management, store keeping, retail management, and store supervision. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient store operations and maximizing sales opportunities. This role requires strong leadership skills to effectively manage and lead a team of store employees. You will be expected to provide guidance, support, and training to ensure that team members are motivated and performing at their best. As a Store Setup/Team Leader, you will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, monitoring stock levels, and implementing strategies to minimize shrinkage. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in ensuring that the store operates smoothly and efficiently. This position is open only to male candidates who have at least 1 year of relevant work experience. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
