Assistant Finance Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements along with business insights to enable the business to take the right decisions.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting for all monthly, quarterly & annual reporting packs & presents business insight analysis to India business teams and APAC/US.
• Periodic review of transactional data impacting PNL/BS accounts and make sure right reporting and minimize any exceptional by flagging in time to all stakeholders.
• Facilitate the Business reviews with data analysis and walk through with business leaders on actionable items for improving business metrics over a period.
• Co-ordinate and drive in budget/forecast process & generate detailed analysis with data point & exceptional reporting.
• Establish and enforce proper Management accounting methods, policies and principles and consistency in reporting across the regions/BUs.
• Analyze, recommend and drive implementation of process improvements as appropriate, to simplify, standardize and streamline existing processes related to accounting, reporting and Audits to gain efficiency in finance vertical
• Deep dive analysis of Customer P&L & identify whether customers business generates cash inflow into company and right model was in place to generate cash & profitability.
• Drive Key customers P&L and see opportunities to expand the business etc. through periodic review process & serve the customers better.
• Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliation process and make sure IC agreement in place and strong liaising with cross regions stakeholders.

Statutory Audit & Internal Audit:

• Prepare and ensure that all required financial schedules are prepared for Statutory audit and submitted in time.
• Robust P&L and Balance sheet review month on month & Year end Group audit and clarify any clarification from APAC/US
