🔍 Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead designer in developing seasonal collections.
• Research trends, fabrics, colors, and embroideries relevant to ethnic wear.
• Create design sketches, mood boards, and tech packs.
• Coordinate with vendors, artisans, and production teams.
• Help manage fittings, sampling, and quality control.
• Stay updated with current fashion trends, especially within Indian ethnic fashion.

👗 Who You Are:

• A graduate in Fashion Design or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in fashion design (preferably ethnic or bridal wear).
• Strong sketching skills and proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW along with Hand Sketching.
• Proficient in

  graphic designing

  for print layouts, lookbooks, and social media content.
• An eye for color, detail, fabric, and silhouette.
• Passionate about Indian textiles, embroidery, and traditional fashion aesthetics.
• A team player with excellent communication and time management skills.
