We're a growing ethnic wear brand that specializes in premium traditional Indian attire – think lehengas, anarkalis, kurtas, and more – designed with a modern edge while staying rooted in our rich heritage. We're currently looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and organized Assistant Fashion Designer to support our design team in creating stunning collections that celebrate Indian craftsmanship and culture. 🔍 Role & Responsibilities: Assist the lead designer in developing seasonal collections. Research trends, fabrics, colors, and embroideries relevant to ethnic wear. Create design sketches, mood boards, and tech packs. Coordinate with vendors, artisans, and production teams. Help manage fittings, sampling, and quality control. Stay updated with current fashion trends, especially within Indian ethnic fashion. 👗 Who You Are: A graduate in Fashion Design or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in fashion design (preferably ethnic or bridal wear). Strong sketching skills and proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW along with Hand Sketching. Proficient in graphic designing for print layouts, lookbooks, and social media content. An eye for color, detail, fabric, and silhouette. Passionate about Indian textiles, embroidery, and traditional fashion aesthetics.
