Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete

  Export Documentation

  including Invoice, Packing List, COO, GSP, AWB, Shipping Bills & customs docs.
• Handle

  air export/import & courier shipments

  through DHL, FedEx, UPS and related software.
• Coordinate with

  CHA / Clearing & Forwarding agents

  ensuring smooth clearance and timely deliveries.
• Track shipment movement and maintain logs for export incentives (

  DGFT / MEIS / RoDTEP

  ).

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate with

  PG / Diploma in Import & Export Management

  .

• 7–10 years

  of experience in export documentation & logistics (Garment / Textile / Fashion industry preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of

  Export Regulations, Airway Bill process & Courier shipping

  .
• Proficiency in

  Advanced MS Excel & MIS reporting

  .
