Vacancies:

Two or more Assitant Engineers will be immediately recruited to be part of our healthcare and materials science client sector who will provide technical support to ICeNd's global innovation efforts targeting industry, academic, government, and other science-related customers. This customer-focused position is appropriate for a technologist who wants to work with a dynamic team while showing the strength of our technology, assisting clients with characterization difficulties, and serving as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders. Working on cutting edge high-end nanofabrication devices and advanced theories, this person is exposed to a constant variety of client application areas while collaborating with the world's best scientists and laboratories.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on technical development and troubleshoot in precision manufacturing, control systems, mechanoelectronics, and high vacuum systems.
• Providing technical product expertise assistance during all phases of the innovation cycle.
• Understand specific instrument/applications issues, explaining complex technology details, giving in depth technical presentations, and assisting in applications development.
• Provide continuous feedback to the product groups on system performance, features, and potential problems while collaborating with marketing/development groups on future product developments.
• Act as a primary communication conduit to the manufacturing department by reporting engineering and production issues.
• Troubleshoot and report hardware issues and escalate as necessary.
• Provide feedback to engineering on system performance, features and problems.
• Recommend and advise on direction for potential applications consistent with customer requirements and technical feasibility.
• Provide technical support to our R&D and Manufacturing, Customer Service and other departments as required.

Requirements/Qualifications

• We will not look into degrees. But we are looking for someone having equivalent hands-on development knowledge of BE/BTech/Diploma engineer in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering management or electrical engineering or instrumentation engineering or other similar fields.
• The candidate must hold a to-do character and take initiative to solve any given problem. The candidates are open to training to lead future generation of employees withing the company.
• Knowledge of advanced technology and diagnostics as well as operational optimization experience of analytical equipment; specifically electron beam, ultra high vacuum and physical vapour deposition, spectrometers or other analytical techniques will be useful.
• Excellent, enthusiastic, to-do-by-yourself mentality, clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with a diverse audience are essential to the success of this position.
