Assistant Director

As an Assistant Director in the EYP- Strategy and Execution Deal Finance team at EY, your role will involve leading client engagement teams in delivering transaction and transformation engagements in the finance domain. You will support key client stakeholders and onshore partners, lead business development efforts, and build and maintain strong relationships with EY offices worldwide. Additionally, you will demonstrate deep expertise in sectors such as TMT, CPR, Industrial & Energy, Life Sciences, and Health Care, bridging business and technology to translate strategic finance requirements into scalable solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead client engagement teams delivering transaction and transformation engagements in the finance domain - Support key client stakeholders and onshore partners - Lead business development efforts including client presentations and proposal creation - Build and maintain strong relationships with EY offices worldwide - Build and deploy high performing teams on finance & accounting related engagements - Demonstrate deep expertise in sectors such as TMT, CPR, Industrial & Energy, Life Sciences, and Health Care - Translate strategic finance requirements into actionable technical roadmaps and scalable solutions **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - Experience in providing strategic direction and technical oversight in the development of agentic AI solutions - Expertise in Finance Digital platform including design and support development of techno-functional solutions - Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision - Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity, adapting to new challenges with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills **Qualifications Required:** - 12-16 years of relevant work experience in digital transformation in the Finance & Accounting domain - Minimum of 6-9 years of driving digital transformation projects in Global MNCs - Demonstrated ability to drive projects from a technology and finance transformation perspective - Experience in guiding teams on digital projects focusing on Finance Functional areas - Familiarity with expertise in functional areas of R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A - Experience with Finance technology systems such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, Blackline, High Radius, etc. At EY, you can look forward to working with a team of professionals dedicated to learning and growth in a fast-moving environment.
