Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with hospital goals
Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, patient outreach programs, and community events
Conduct market research to understand patient needs and competitive landscape
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote hospital services
Manage digital marketing platforms, social media, and traditional marketing channels
Coordinate with physicians and healthcare providers to enhance referral networks
Assist in organizing Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs and medical camps
Monitor marketing effectiveness and prepare regular reports
Assist in budgeting and managing marketing resources
Maintain patient flow through corporate tie-ups and third-party administrators

Qualifications and Experience

Graduate degree, preferably MBA in Marketing or related field
Typically 5 to 8 years of experience in healthcare or hospital marketing
Strong communication and interpersonal Skills
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies
Experience in corporate tie-ups and healthcare sector preferred
