Job Description

Job Title: Assistant D2C Operations Manager
Location: UdaipurDepartment: Operations / D2CJob Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant D2C Operations Manager to support and streamline our direct-to-consumer operations. This role involves overseeing order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics coordination, marketplace integrations, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The candidate should be highly organized, analytical, and capable of handling day-to-day operational challenges in a fast-paced D2C environment.

Key Responsibilities:-
1. Order & Fulfillment Management

  • Monitor and manage daily orders across D2C platforms (website, marketplaces, apps).
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing, packaging, and dispatch.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations.

2. Inventory & Supply Chain

  • Track stock levels and coordinate replenishments.
  • Work with suppliers/vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Assist in demand forecasting and reducing stock-outs or excess inventory.

3. Logistics & Delivery

  • Liaise with courier/logistics partners for on-time deliveries.
  • Resolve shipment delays, lost parcels, or delivery-related escalations.
  • Optimize delivery cost and TAT (Turnaround Time).

4. Customer Experience

  • Coordinate with customer service team to resolve order-related queries.
  • Ensure minimal complaints and maximum customer satisfaction.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly operational MIS reports.
  • Analyze order trends, returns, and delivery performance.
  • Provide insights for process improvements and cost optimization.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of D2C / e-commerce operations.
  • Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel, ERP tools, Shopify, Unicommerce, etc. (preferred).
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications & Experience:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
  • 2–4 years experience in D2C / E-commerce operations (Food/FMCG preferred).
  • Prior experience with online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkartis a plus.
