Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Customer Relations Officer based in Mumbai. The selected candidate will provide organizational support to the Marketing team, handle tasks like correspondence, as well as preparing documents and reports. The role requires strong accounting and book-keeping skills, attention to detail, computer proficiency (especially MS Office), and effective communication to ensure smooth office operations. The specific duties can vary depending on the organization's requirements.  


Key Responsibilities

Communication & Coordination: Answering calls, managing emails and mail, serving as a point of contact for clients and vendors. 

Document & File Management: Preparing, editing, and organizing documents, reports, and presentations, as well as maintaining filing systems and databases. 

Support & Assistance: Providing documentation support to team members

Data & Financial Tasks: Inputting data into systems, managing contact lists, and assisting with Bookkeeping. 


Required Skills

Organizational & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a structured workspace. 

Communication Skills: Strong written communication to interact professionally with external parties and colleagues.

Technical Proficiency: Competence with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software. Tally an added advantage.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing documents and managing tasks to ensure accuracy. 

Adaptability & Multitasking: Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and handle varied responsibilities. 


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Sales and Marketing specific to Real Estate
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Client Relations experience
  • Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and provide effective Customer Support
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
