Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Managing and Negotiating contracts, reviewing documents, ensuring compliance with regulations etc.

  • Enquiry floating to vendors through email/ call and meeting

  • Attending site, Contractors, Billing & Planning query

  • To check quality and man power of the vender by site visit and client feed back.

  • Weekly target VS Achieve PPC report preparing

  • Checking of approved indents from ERP and printing all the approved service indents with attachments

Preferred candidate profile

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

* Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

* Experience in the real estate industry

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
