Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Represent and be involved in contracts throughout their lifecycle.
  2. Review tender conditions and identify risk areas.
  3. Liaison between companies, customers, vendors, and independent contractors in negotiation of contract terms as and when required.
  4. Capable of resolving/escalating issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
  5. Identify delays by Client/Sub-contractor and raise a red flag in the form of letter to Client/Subcontractor to claim extension of time/cost associated with it.
  6. Preparation of claims and assistance in arbitration.
  7. Maintain contract correspondence.
  8. Prepare Contract Summary Documentary” and ensure distribution to the relevant stakeholder’s post approval of the same.

Preferred candidate profile


Candidates from Water Supply and Irrigation project experience are preferred
